1. I have forgotten my Password how do I reset it?

    If you have forgotten your password for your BC account, you can reset your password from the log in page. Below the area where you would usually enter your credentials you will see a link which says Forgotten your passwords? Click here. You will need to enter your email address which is associated to your BC account to receive instructions on how to reset your password.

  2. I am being asked to change my Password, but I have forgotten my old Password.

    Please follow the instructions on how to change your password above.

  3. I cannot remember my Username.

    As an alternative to your username, you can use your BC accounts associated email address. Enter your Primary email address in the Username field. 

    If you cannot remember your Username or email address, please ask a Server Administrator, or contact BC Support.

  4. My Username and Password are correct, but I still cannot log in.

    Usernames and Passwords of BC accounts are case sensitive. Please make sure your credentials have been filled in with the correct capitalisation. Please also make sure you are logging into the correct server. The name of the Server is usually contained within the URL.

  5.  How do I change my password after I have logged in?

    If you already know your password but would like to change it, please try the following:

    -If you are using the Graphite interface, at the top right of BC click Settings | Change Password
     


    -If you are using the Quartz interface, click your name at the top right of BC and click Change Password

  6. When I try to reset my password using the Forgotten your password? Click here. link, I receive the message “You are not allowed to reset the password for that user”.

    This message indicates that the email address is not associated to a BC account.

  7. I am getting a No Access Error when logging in.

    Please clear everything from the URL after ‘.com’ in the URL. For example, if you are logging into a URL which reads ‘….com/bc/bc.cgi/0/29636628’ and you receive a No Access Error, then delete everything after the ‘.com’ 

  8. I cannot see any Projects available to me once I have logged in.

    You will need to contact the Project Administrator to gain access to a Project. If you do not know who this is, please contact the Administrator who provided you with your BC login credentials.

  9. I require BC accounts for my colleagues.

    You will need to contact a Server Administrator to request new BC accounts. We support the BC Software but all queries relating to the creation of new users need to be passed to a Server Administrator. 

    If you do not know a Server Administrator to contact, please contact BC Support.

  10. When I attempt to log in, I am asked to enter a verification code.


    If the server you are logging into has Two Factor Authentication (2FA) set up, you will be required to enter a verification code. You can find instructions on how to set up Two Factor Authentication via Twilio Authy here: https://support.groupbc.com/a/solutions/articles/5000765855

    You may be required to generate a code for logging in, every 30 days.

  11. How do I log into BC using SAML Single Sign On?

    If SAML Single Sign On has been configured for you, you need to log in using the “Use my corporate Account” button as seen below:
