1. Go to http://support.groupbc.com/support/login and log in

  2. Click Check ticket status

  3. You will see a list of your tickets. You can filter these by status using the drop down button in the top left. You can choose to view All your tickets, all the tickets that are in progress (waiting for BC or for you), and all tickets that have been marked as Resolved (where we believe the problem has been sorted out for you) or Closed.

    You can click on any of the tickets individually to view the details. You can also add additional notes on to the ticket to update us.

  4. If you are a system administrator, you may also be able to view the support calls logged by other people in your company. If so, you will have the additional option to be able to filter by calls you have logged yourself, and calls logged by others.
